I've just found the entire thing in PDF format here, so I thought I'd link to it as a public service since it's not available through normal democratic channels.
I can't work out how to save it on my own machine because I only have Adobe Reader and none of the menus say "Save" on them anywhere - can anyone help?

Yes, sorry, it bounced back because apparently your email address can't accept anything that big. If I sent it as a zip file would you be able to open it, or do you have a gmail or hotmail account?
I might be able to unzip it actually...

Alice, instead of clicking the link to open the pdf, right-click and select 'save link as'. Then pick where you want it to go on your hard drive.
when in doubt, it's always worth trying right-clicks.
Of course, you could be using a Mac or some other whack shit, in which case try clicking at random and hope for the best.
